Contact form
The form may collect your name, email address, company, website URL, type of request and message. Fields marked optional may be left blank.
This information is used only to understand your request, respond and follow up on the conversation. Depending on the context, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or on MT Software’s legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.
Form provider
Submissions are sent to Formspree, which acts as a technical provider. Formspree hosts its services on Amazon Web Services in the United States and states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers. Please do not submit sensitive information in the free-text field.
Web analytics
MT Software plans to use Vercel Web Analytics to obtain aggregate traffic statistics. According to Vercel’s documentation, the service does not use third-party cookies, does not associate measurements with an individual or IP address, and discards the temporary session identifier after 24 hours. Aggregate technical data may include the page viewed, referrer, country, browser and device type.
Hosting and transfers
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States. Formspree and Vercel may therefore process certain data outside the European Economic Area under their contractual commitments and applicable transfer mechanisms.
Retention
Contact correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then for no more than three years after the last contact where it concerns a potential business relationship. It may be retained longer where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of your data, where these rights apply, by emailing contact@mt-software.fr. If you are in the EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
The website is not intended to use advertising or tracking cookies. If new tools requiring cookies or trackers are introduced, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before they are enabled.
